Epil Star - Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)
Epil Star® is an Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) device, for two methods: photo epilation and photo rejuvenation. Epil Star is based on the selective photothermolysis method wich effectively strikes the cosmetic flaw to be treated using the correct wavelenghts. Today, pulsed light is strongly advised as an innovative treatment for a progressively and definitive epilation.
Photo-epilation
Photo-epilation occurs with the transmission of the light ray via the melanin. The cells responsible for hair growth are permanently suppressed.
Photo-rejuvenation
Photo-rejuvenation is a very effective treatment for cosmetic flaws such as wrinkles, skin discolourattion and dilated pores.
Safety
Epil Star® is fitted with safety alarms wich advice the operator continuosly about the operational status of the equipment relative to the handle and pedal connection, the temperature of the water, the flashes-made counter and about the life of the lamp (about 60.000 flashes).
