The Latvian Aesthetic Laser Surgery Association (LELA) jointly with Syneron & Candela, Veselības Centrs 4 and ESTEX Investment OÜ on June 03, 2014 are organizing a conference in Riga, in the conference hall of the “Islande Hotel”, (Ķīpsalas str. 20).
